Jolaine Freitas Collins, principal, works directly with each client, managing and implementing all phases of the communications program. Specialists such as graphic designers, marketing experts and video producers are assigned to programs as necessary, offering clients cost-effective access to their expertise.

Jolaine brings a diversity of public relations, corporate, and media experience to her clients.

During her career, she has been a vice president and account manager for two international public relations agencies, a member of a Fortune 100 corporate communications staff, and a newspaper reporter and editor.

Located near Sacramento, California, she is principal of Collins Communications, offering public relations, spokesperson training and marketing services for a variety of clients in the private and public sector.

An accredited business communicator (ABC), Jolaine has also been a public relations instructor for UC Davis University Extension and the University of Denver.

Jolaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Journalism at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is a past chapter president of the International Association of Business Communicators and a long-time board member of the American Cancer Society.
